Consumer product testing
J.S. Hamilton Poland has been supporting Polish and foreign manufacturers in creating the success of their products on the market for many years. Consumer testing plays a key role in this process, being an irreplaceable source of information not only about the product itself, but also its surroundings. Consumer research can provide many valuable information that cannot be generated from other sources, particularly relevant at the product design and product development stage. By evaluating the product and its sensory and/or usable properties by the final or potential recipient, we collect data to understand the consumer’s world, his expectations, or his motives for action better. These studies are often extended to include issues related to a typical market survey, so that the information obtained from such an assessment is broader and more comprehensive.
